We do not accept returns on any of our sensory therapy gym structures, including but not limited to swing frames, support structures, and similar products. These items are customized and built to order, tailored to specific customer requirements.

- The product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- There is a discrepancy between the ordered product and the product received.
