OUR CLIENT FOCUSED-DESIGN PROCESS

Our process isn’t just about understanding your users, business goals, and creating designs—it’s also about connections and people. We strive to meet your needs as a client, and empathy is essential to our process—both to understand your goals and the needs of your end-users.

We combine our expertise with our understanding of your organization and what you are trying to accomplish with your sensory gym. At Summit Sensory Gym, we are committed to creating a unique and personalized sensory gym experience for our clients. We understand that each of our clients has different needs and goals, which is why we have developed a client-focused design process that involves five distinct phases: Learn & Discover, Design, Define, Manufacturing, and Production.

LEARN & DISCOVER

The first step in our design process is to learn as much as possible about our clients’ needs and goals. We begin by conducting an initial consultation to gain a better understanding of the specific sensory needs of our clients. We also take into account the space constraints, budget, and any other relevant factors. This phase is crucial because it allows us to establish a solid foundation for the rest of the design process.

DESIGN

Once we have a clear understanding of our client’s needs and goals, we move on to the design phase. During this phase, our team of experts works closely with our clients to create a detailed plan that addresses all of their sensory needs. We use advanced 3D modeling software to create a visual representation of the final design, which allows our clients to see exactly how the gym will look before it is built.

DEFINE

After the design has been finalized, we move on to the definition phase. During this phase, we work with our clients to refine the design and make any necessary adjustments. We also finalize the project timeline and establish clear expectations for both our team and our clients.

MANUFACTURING

Once the design has been defined and approved, we move on to the manufacturing phase. This is where our team of skilled craftsmen begins to bring the design to life. We use high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure that every piece of equipment is safe, durable, and functional.

PRODUCTION

The final phase of our design process is production. During this phase, we carefully assemble and install all of the equipment and features that make up our sensory gym. We work closely with our clients to ensure that everything is installed correctly and to their satisfaction.
